Deliveries are inspected, stocked, and put into inventory.

Order Processing

Orders from your customers may be loaded into our ERP system via a number of methods including manual entry, EDI automation, or direct integration into your software package.

A dedicated ADS account executive can be tasked with handling end user orders if required.

E-commerce / Internet Sales

Website orders received by the cutoff time are typically fulfilled same day.

Our full service IT department has in-house software developers who are available to complement your capabilities, enable you to integrate your website, and provide you with any custom programming services you may need.

Invoicing

Our customers have direct access into our ERP system, so you are free to view your daily invoicing, and generate re-prints as needed.

At your discretion, ADS can include printed packing slips or invoices with the physical shipments, in addition to submitting electronic (EDI 810) invoices for trading partners that require them.

We also provide the capability to advise your wholesale or retail customers directly of shipped orders, reducing your customer service inquiries.

Warehousing

ADS, as a value-add to its distribution services, offers additional storage capability to our customers, many of whom choose to keep extra stock on hand to further enhance their order delivery capabilities.

Worldwide Shipping

ADS ships internationally, and routinely does business around the world.

Small parcels are typically handled via UPS International, and larger shipments are delivered to a forwarder.

Pick & Pack

Also known as loose-piece picking, this is a critical component of many of our client's distribution requirements.

We understand the pick and pack process, and have invested heavily in technology solutions to enhance speed and accuracy in this arena. Goods can be sent to us in palletized form, ADS will fulfill orders by custom packing boxes.

We can help with sourcing custom printed corrugate, can print fully customized branded packing slips, and can utilize a variety of dunnage (environmentally conscious, safe for children, additional security).

Cross-Docking

ADS offers shipping to distribution centers allowing retailers and customers the utilization of our cross-docking services.
